From the beginning, back in 1991 when Laurence and Janice Levan started the company, it was always about a family firm serving the families of Camden NW1 and North West London. The name may have changed (from Delancey Cars, to Mastercars, to Cosmos Cars, then finally to London Radio Cars), but what hasn’t changed as we’ve grown is our commitment to outstanding customer service and family values – those have stayed at the centre of everything we do. Some of our local Camden drivers have been with us for over 20 years – that’s longer than many marriages!
When daughter Jackie took over in 2012 we changed the name again, since we hadn’t had radios in our cars for years. We thought that by changing our spots we could have some fun and better reflect what’s always been central to the company: great service and family values.
